Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) offers a two-year Regulatory Graduate Programme with rotational placements across key teams in London, Leeds and Edinburgh. From day one you’ll engage in meaningful work, gain broad experience in regulation, and build a professional network aligned to FCA’s mission.

Applicants should have or be on track for a 2:1 degree, be eligible to work in the UK for the full duration, and be prepared for a fast-paced, impactful career in financial regulation.

Qualifications

• You have obtained, or be on track to obtain, a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.

Responsibilities

• Two-year rotational programme across key FCA areas including Authorisations, Policy, Supervision, Market Oversight, Enforcement, and Risk Management & Compliance.
• Rotational placements provide exposure to regulatory frameworks, consumer protection, strategy and firm supervision.
• You'll develop technical knowledge of financial services and regulatory frameworks while building core professional skills in judgement, engagement, self-management and delivery.
