Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority offers a two-year Regulatory Graduate Programme with rotational placements across key teams, including Authorisations, Policy, and Supervision. You’ll gain broad regulatory exposure and build core professional skills from day one, delivering meaningful work that supports consumers and market integrity in the UK.

From day one you’ll rotate across teams, with two 6-month rotations in year one and a 12-month rotation in year two.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track to obtain a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
• Eligible to work in the UK for the full duration of the programme.
• Demonstrated curiosity, drive and willingness to learn through practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Rotational placements across FCA teams, including Authorisations, Policy, Supervision, Market Oversight, Enforcement and Risk Management & Compliance.
• Develop regulatory knowledge and professional skills through structured development and real client-facing work.
• Build a network and contribute to projects that support consumers and market integrity.
