Job summary

The Financial Conduct Authority invites graduates to join its two-year Regulatory Graduate Programme in the UK. The scheme offers rotations across a range of regulatory teams, developing technical knowledge of financial services while building core professional skills.

Participants gain exposure to consumer protection, strategy, supervision, and policy, with a strong emphasis on networking, development programmes, and career growth within the FCA’s Regulatory profession.

Qualifications

• Must have or be on track to obtain a 2:1 degree or above in any discipline.
• Graduate programme eligibility requires right to work in the UK for full duration of the programme.
• Graduation expected in 2027 or already graduated.

Responsibilities

• Rotational placements across FCA teams including Authorisations, Policy, Supervision, Market Oversight, Enforcement and Risk Management & Compliance.
• Engage with regulatory frameworks and consumer protection topics from day one.
• Build a professional network and gain broad understanding of financial regulation.
