Job summary

Bet365 is seeking a Regulatory Data Team Leader to guide a cross-functional team in delivering regulatory reporting software. You will own the delivery of reporting solutions to meet regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of design and performance.

The Data Engineering department builds systems to communicate jurisdiction-specific information to international regulators, with cloud-centric architecture and a focus on reliability. Hybrid work is available.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross-functional team delivering regulatory reporting software solutions.
• Ensure outputs meet stringent regulatory requirements and high standards of technical design.
• Mentor and coach team members; manage performance and development goals.
• Collaborate with Finance and Compliance and other stakeholders to prioritise work.
• Oversee delivery of reporting solutions to meet regulatory requirements in a distributed environment.
• Drive AI enhancements to workflows and reporting capabilities; adopt governance practices.
