Kroo Bank is seeking a Compliance Manager in Manchester to support regulatory compliance for a fast-growing, regulated fintech. You will collaborate across teams to implement compliance requirements and foster a customer-centric culture.

Responsibilities include regulatory analysis, policy development, and advising on compliance-related matters across product development and operations. Hybrid work with strong emphasis on integrity and learning.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience across compliance function, including conduct risk, consumer credit regulations, payments, complaints handling, data protection.

Responsibilities

• Regulatory analysis and implementation with Head of Compliance; ensure up-to-date regulatory strategies.
• Support complaints handling, TCF, and vulnerable customers framework.
• Partner with product team to embed compliance in banking and lending products and services.
