Job summary

Thames Water is recruiting a Regulatory Compliance Lead to join the SEMD team in Reading. The role focuses on delivering timely regulatory reports and ensuring compliance with security provisions across the organisation. BPSS screening and SC level vetting are required.

You will work across regulators such as the DWI and Ofwat, producing robust, professional reports ahead of strict statutory deadlines. Strong analytical abilities and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in

Qualifications

• Experience writing external regulatory reports.
• Knowledge of SEMD/ Security Emergency Measures Direction desirable.
• Experience in regulatory assurance.
• Strong written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver effective regulatory reports in line with legislative requirements and timelines.
• Gather business and financial data to compile external regulatory responses for regulators.
• Assure compliance of security measures across the organisation through agreed assurance strategies.
• Maintain milestone trackers and dashboards for external reporting across the SEMD program.
