Job summary

Thames Water in Reading is seeking a Compliance Investment Analyst to shape investment programmes, protect customers, and improve outcomes. You will turn data into insight, support governance, and help meet regulatory commitments.

You will work across Sponsorship, Delivery, and PMO teams, building dashboards and robust evidence for decision making in a regulated environment. This hybrid, full-time role offers strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience turning data into actionable insight in regulated environments.
• Ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations.
• Experience presenting findings to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality analysis from performance and compliance data.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations for investment decisions.
• Identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across programmes.
• Develop scenario modelling for strategic planning.
• Produce reports and dashboards for senior leaders.
• Support regulatory submissions and performance reporting with evidence.
• Monitor compliance risks and escalation processes.
• Collaborate with Sponsorship, Delivery, and PMO teams to improve governance.
• Drive reporting and process improvements.
