• Develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs, fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within the organization.
• Spearhead compliance initiatives within ESG framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of post qualification experience within an in-house legal department or law firm supporting compliance initiatives.
• Sense of urgency combined with strong interpersonal skills and an ability to work both independently and cross functionally
• Authorized to reside and practice law in the UK.
