  • Assist in developing and implementing a risk-based approach to prioritise actions to support compliance with regulatory changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and deliver training and communications to relevant stakeholders on regulatory changes, their impact, and required actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive regulatory registers and documentation to track regulatory changes, their impact, and associated actions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining metrics to measure the effectiveness of the regulatory change management program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customise software tools to standardise regulatory change management processes.
  • Provide project management support on special projects and initiatives.
What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, legal background desireable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritise actions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions and industries.
