Regulatory Change, Compliance - Senior Manager

About the role:

We are building a new regulatory change management function to support Global Risk, Ethics and Compliance, as well as the wider business to provide visibility into new and changing regulation. The role will support the program and will be based in London to provide global operational program oversight, with a specific focus on international policy issues and risks.

As a Regulatory Change Management Senior Manager at CBRE, you will support the development and implementation of a comprehensive regulatory change management program to ensure CBRE's compliance with evolving regulatory requirements. This role will require strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to prioritise actions to mitigate regulatory risk.

What You'll Do:

  • Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining a regulatory change management program to identify, assess, and prioritise regulatory changes affecting CBRE's business operations.
  • Conduct research and monitor and analyse regulatory developments, updates, and changes in relevant jurisdictions, industries, and sectors.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, functional teams, and subject matter experts to identify, assess, and prioritise regulatory changes and their impact on CBRE's operations.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a risk-based approach to prioritise actions to support compliance with regulatory changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Develop and deliver training and communications to relevant stakeholders on regulatory changes, their impact, and required actions.
  • Maintain comprehensive regulatory registers and documentation to track regulatory changes, their impact, and associated actions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure effective implementation of regulatory changes.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining metrics to measure the effectiveness of the regulatory change management program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Customise software tools to standardise regulatory change management processes.
  • Provide project management support on special projects and initiatives.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 - 8 years of relevant experience, legal background desireable.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to prioritise actions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements in relevant jurisdictions and industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Extensive organisational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
