Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage the professional development of childcare staff, including Managers, Deputies, and Room Leaders.
• Develop and monitor quality learning and development systems and audit programs to ensure legal compliance and support organizational goals.
• Drive quality standards, enforce Ofsted regulations, and improve nursery provision by engaging site teams and working with leaders.

Qualifications:

• Level 3 Childcare qualification.
• Understanding of how team performance produces results and a commitment to exceeding goals.
• Experience with Ofsted standards, preferably with a record of Outstanding or Good ratings in management or quality roles.
