CBRE seeks an experienced Project Manager to deliver a portfolio of complex capital projects at the Cambridge site. You will manage regulatory and financial governance, engage stakeholders, and drive alignment with client and operational strategies.

The role requires delivery of projects with MHRA, GMP and CAPA considerations, and mentoring of junior staff while maintaining high safety and compliance standards across the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering projects, preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated environments.
• CDM certification or related compliance training is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of risk management in complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple complex or high-value projects with regulatory significance.
• Serve as primary client interface for strategic portfolios and stakeholders.
• Align project outcomes with business and account strategy.
• Ensure compliance with MHRA, GMP, FDA and CAPA as relevant.
• Lead risk assessment workshops and mitigation planning.
• Coordinate design, construction, commissioning, QA and operations teams.
• Maintain project profitability, cost reporting and governance.
• Mentor junior resources and develop technical capability.
