Job summary

Sherborne Schools Group is seeking a Development professional to join the team at Sherborne Girls and work across the Group. The role blends relationship-building, fundraising and data management to grow regular giving from alumni, parents and the wider community.

You will lead Raiser's Edge usage, oversee gift administration, reporting and Gift Aid, and collaborate with Development and Finance to measure success and inform strategic decisions across projects and events.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical thinking and data management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with experience in donor relations.
• Experience in fundraising or non-profit context is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow regular giving across the Group.
• Act as lead user of Raiser's Edge CRM for data accuracy and insights.
• Oversee gift administration, reporting and Gift Aid processes.
• Collaborate with Development and Finance to measure success and inform decisions.
