St Edmund Hall in Oxford is seeking a Development Operations Officer to support fundraising, alumni engagement and stewardship. The role manages the Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS), ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting for donors and volunteers.

The postholder will handle data imports/exports, assist with gift processing and Regular Giving reporting, and help identify prospective donors.

Qualifications

• Experience with database administration and data quality.
• Understanding of GDPR and data privacy practices.
• Prospect research in higher education or charity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and administer the Development and Alumni Relations System (DARS) and ensure data quality.
• Produce imports, exports and reports to support fundraising and alumni relations.
• Assist with gift processing and reporting for Regular Giving.
