Job summary

Cranleigh School in the Surrey Hills is seeking an operational lead in Development & Fundraising to drive donor insights and scalable processes. You will own CRM, prospect research and gift processing to enable fundraisers to focus on relationships and income.

You will build systems, data and insight, supporting Capital and Bursary programmes and delivering regular reports and donor stewardship. The role offers the chance to shape a new function within Cranleigh's fundraising team.

Qualifications

• Experience in fundraising operations, CRM or data roles.
• Ability to work with complex datasets and CRM systems.
• Excellent numeracy, analytical thinking and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supporter records and process gifts.
• Produce regular performance and financial reports.
• Lead prospect development and donor pipeline work.
