Job summary

TRAction in London is seeking a Trade Reporting Officer to support onboarding, data processing and timely regulatory reporting for MiFIR/EMIR. The role involves working with SQL scripts to validate client data and ensure accurate submissions to regulators.

The candidate will coordinate with IT to fix issues and liaise with teams to implement process improvements. The successful applicant will be part of a dynamic, on-site team in a fast-growing Regtech environment, with opportunities to develop

Qualifications

• Experience in data processing within a bank, broker or fund.
• Experience with regulatory reporting (EMIR/MiFIR) is preferred.
• Strong SQL skills and data validation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor transaction data for discrepancies and take corrective action.
• Process client data using tailored SQL scripts.
• Submit transaction reports to regulatory bodies in a timely manner (T+1).
• Identify and resolve errors in reporting systems (LSEG UnaVista).
• Liaise with internal teams to implement process improvements.
