Job summary

Capco is recruiting a Managing Principal to lead our Trade & Transaction Reporting capability within the FRRF practice in London. This role blends strategic vision with deep regulatory reporting expertise to drive complex, multi-jurisdictional transformation programmes.

You will partner with global financial institutions to deliver regulatory change, optimise reporting controls, and ensure sustained compliance across regimes such as EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR, CFTC, HKMA and MAS, while championing

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading cross-border trade and transaction reporting programmes.
• Deep knowledge of EMIR Refit, MiFIR, SFTR and other regimes.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead teams.
• Experience implementing RegTech and AI-enabled reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end trade and transaction reporting transformation programmes.
• Advise clients on regulatory implementation and control optimisation.
• Design reporting architectures, data lineage and quality frameworks.
• Guide regulatory reporting platforms and AI-assisted outputs.
• Lead strategic client relationships and growth.
