A leading asset manager is seeking a Regulatory Transaction Reporting Manager to take ownership of regulatory reporting across the business. This role involves leading change initiatives and ensuring compliance with MiFIR, EMIR, and SFTR regulations. Candidates should have at least 3 years of financial services experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and excellent analytical skills. A competitive salary of £85,000 - £95,000 is offered, based in London.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial services, ideally within asset management or treasury.
• Strong knowledge of EMIR, MiFIR, SFTR and transaction reporting requirements.
• Understanding of financial instruments (swaps, forwards, options, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of transaction and regulatory reporting (MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR).
• Deliver regulatory change projects and process improvements.
• Maintain up-to-date reporting procedures and documentation.
• Oversee reconciliations and exception management.
• Liaise with industry bodies and vendors to identify best practices.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and technical specifications.
• Support testing, data analysis, and system enhancements.
• Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and issues.

You will act as the subject matter expert for MiFIR, EMIR, SFTR and future regulations, leading change initiatives and ensuring reporting accuracy and compliance.
