Job summary

Linear Executive Search is seeking an experienced Managing Director to take P&L control and drive strategic growth for a RegTech software and services provider in Central London. The role reports to the board/PE owners and leads a high-performing team to scale revenue, optimize operations, and expand globally.

The successful candidate will have a proven MD track record in SaaS/RegTech, strong strategic planning, and a credible record of revenue growth and business development; MBA or equivalent

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Managing Director or similar executive leadership role.
• Strong background in software/technology, SaaS, or related business services, with RegTech preferred.
• Excellent strategic planning and business development skills.
• MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Take full P&L responsibility for the business, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.
• Drive operational efficiency and mature business processes to support continued growth.
• Lead the Board of Directors, and work with PE owners to set and achieve strategic goals.
