Job summary

The Jersey Financial Services Commission (JFSC) Registry is seeking a Registry Technical Support Lead to join the team on a permanent basis, 35 hours per week. You will drive effective triage of technical issues, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and support continuous improvement across Registry platforms and processes.

Responsibilities

• Reliable escalation points for unresolved technical issues and system faults raised through the Customer Experience team
• Effective triage, prioritisation and progression of technical issues with internal teams and third-party vendors
• Process enhancement opportunities identified, assessed and supported by robust business cases
• System enhancements and bug fixes validated through testing for quality and stability
• Accurate, timely management information and insight with trend analysis to support decision making
• Support and lead on projects ensuring delivery using established project management tools
