Registered Veterinary Nurse at Seymour Vets - Full time

Seymour Vets is located in the market town of Totnes, alongside the tidal River Dart, and just a stone's throw from the seaside. The friendly, close-knit team is dedicated to client care and has been awarded the RCVS Outstanding Award in Client Services and Diagnostic Services. Having already achieved the Gold ISFM award, Seymour Vets is also working towards becoming an accredited Dog Friendly practice.

Seymour Vets is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their team on a full-time basis, with a 1:6 Saturday rota.

The role involves a variety of shifts, including ward, theatre, and consulting, to provide diversity in your work.

As a bonus, successful candidates can bring their well-behaved dogs to work.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Willing to participate in Nurse Consults, Theatre, and Schedule 3 procedures
  • Confident working independently and within a team
  • Enthusiastic about learning and professional development – support for certificates available
  • Interest in Feline Medicine and diagnostics is a plus
  • Open to both experienced RVNs and new graduates
