The Moor to Sea Community Nursing Team, covering Ashburton, Buckfastleigh, Dartmouth, and Totnes in South Devon, is seeking enthusiastic and motivated applicants to join our team. We are keen to interview candidates who are passionate about providing high-quality, patient-centred care.

Effective communication is essential, and we work closely with our multidisciplinary team colleagues, especially our intermediate care team, to whom we provide nursing support. You should be a competent and confident individual capable of performing a wide range of nursing skills independently.

We have a vacancy for a Community Nurse within the scenic Moor to Sea area of South Devon. The role is for 37.5 hours per week at Band 5 AFC.

The Moor to Sea team operates from three bases, comprising three friendly, close-knit teams that support each other through rotation. The area is popular with tourists, and workload may vary seasonally. We are part of the Torbay and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust, maintaining close links with Torbay Hospital and the community hospital in Totnes.
