Job summary

inspiring vet care’s Blaise Referral Hospital in Longbridge, Birmingham, is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join as a Multidisciplinary Nurse on a full-time basis. The role spans working across wards, surgery, anaesthesia, ECC and ICU, delivering high-quality nursing care and supporting patient care from admission to discharge.

The successful candidate will be part of a team in a large referral hospital, with exposure to urgent referrals and inter-disciplinary transfers, and will

Qualifications

• RCVS registration required.
• Strong clinical nursing competence essential.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Good organisational skills and workload management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care across a multidisciplinary referral caseload.
• Rotate across Wards, Surgery, Anaesthesia, ECC, ICU, Medicine, Imaging and Emergency care.
• Support specialist teams with patient care from admission through to discharge.
• Assist with urgent referral cases and inter-disciplinary transfers.
