Job summary

Linnaeus is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse at Avonvale Veterinary Centres in Wellesbourne. This 40‑hour per week role offers a salary from £30,000 per year and exposure to a wide range of cases within a supportive, RCVS‑aligned team.

You will work alongside experienced veterinary surgeons and nurses, participate in consults and Schedule 3 procedures, and enjoy CPD funding, private healthcare, and a structured weekend/night rota with transport required.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered veterinary nurse (RVN) with eligibility to work in the UK.
• Available for out-of-hours work, nights or weekends, with own transport.
• Experience with a wide variety of procedures and advanced nursing techniques.

Responsibilities

• Work across consults and Schedule 3 duties to provide high-quality care.
• Contribute to anesthesia, emergency, client care and behaviour areas.
• Coordinate with Patient Care Assistants to maintain patient welfare.
• Participate in rota patterns including nights/weekends at varying branches.
