Job summary

Vet on the Hill is seeking a compassionate Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clinical team in Caterham, Surrey. This is a fixed-term contract for around six months, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients and supporting excellent client experiences.

You will work with veterinary surgeons and the wider team on first-opinion cases, manage anaesthetic monitoring, nurse clinics and post-operative care, with a supportive environment and clear development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Registration as a Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Clinical practice experience in nursing.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to learn and improve.

Responsibilities

• Anaesthetic monitoring and sedation oversight.
• Run nurse clinics and provide inpatient care.
• Manage patient admissions and discharges.
• Stock management and uphold clinical protocols.
• Support reception duties and team improvement.
