Job summary

Inspiring Vet Care is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our Alpha Vets team on a full-time basis across Risca and Langstone sites. You will deliver high-quality nursing care, run nurse consultations and support a busy surgical caseload.

We value collaborative teamwork, ongoing development, and compassionate client communication. The role offers a structured pattern with 38 hours per week and no out-of-hours requirement.

Qualifications

• Registered Veterinary Nurse with the RCVS.
• Experience in clinical practice, with medical and surgical nursing.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of nursing care across a varied caseload.
• Run nurse consultations, weight management and cat clinics.
• Provide inpatient/kennel care and support theatre/surgical procedures.
• Assist with dispensary duties and medication management.
• Support K-Laser therapy and patient rehabilitation.
