Job summary

Vets for Pets Peterborough Bretton and Peterborough Vets for Pets are seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, supportive team. You will deliver nursing care, support clients, and work closely with our vets and team.

We welcome experienced nurses or those developing new skills, with a CPD allowance, 5.6 weeks’ holiday, pension, and a salary up to £30,000 depending on experience. Full time or part time hours are available, with a weekend rota.

Qualifications

• Good experience of veterinary nursing and delivering high standards of care.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Effective team player with a systematic approach to decisions.
• Able to plan and organise workload and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and support to animals and clients.
• Collaborate with vets and reception staff to ensure smooth clinic operation.
• Participate in weekend rota as part of the team.
• Support ongoing client education and welfare.
