Job summary

Kingsway Vet Group in Skipton is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clinical team on a full‑time basis. You will provide high‑quality nursing care across first opinion cases, working closely with vets and support staff to maintain clinical standards.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team-orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Kingsway Vet Group on a full-time basis.

Our modern, well-equipped practice offers a wide range of facilities, including an in-house laboratory, ECG, digital X-ray, rigid and flexible endoscopy, and ultrasound with colour flow Doppler. With several multidisciplinary certificate holders within the team, we see a varied and interesting caseload, including referral work across orthopaedics, cardiology and soft tissue surgery.

Based in the market town of Skipton, in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales, we have proudly cared for the local community and their pets for over 80 years. We combine a traditional, personal approach to care with progressive medicine and modern clinical standards.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern
  • 40 Hours per week
  • Worked over 4 or 5 days, Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 6 weekends working 8am - 8pm both Saturday and Sunday and 1 additional Saturday working 9am - 1pm
  • No OOH requirement
