inspiring vet care in Kettering is seeking a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our clinical team at Sampson Park. You’ll deliver high-quality nursing care to a range of first opinion cases, while helping ensure excellent client experiences.

You’ll work with Vets and the wider team, supporting anaesthesia, clinics and patient monitoring, with opportunities for professional development and progression within a supportive primary care environment.

Qualifications

• RCVS registration as a Veterinary Nurse is essential.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, team‑orientated Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at Sampson Park - Kettering on a full‑time basis.

You will work directly alongside a collaborative team typically consisting of 3 Vets, 4 fellow RVNs, 1 Student Veterinary Nurse, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant and 5 Client Care Receptionists.

How You’ll Make a Difference

As a Registered Veterinary Nurse, you will be an integral member of the clinical team, delivering high-quality nursing care to patients while supporting excellent client experiences.

You’ll work collaboratively with veterinary surgeons and the wider practice team, taking responsibility for the nursing care of a range of first opinion cases, contributing to clinical standards, and supporting the ongoing development of patient care within the practice.

Working Pattern

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Working 5 days with mixed shifts of 8.00am - 4.30pm or 11.00am - 7.30pm
• 1 in 4 Saturday mornings, 9.00am - 12.30pm

General Responsibilities

• Assist with anaesthesia induction, maintenance and patient monitoring
• Support Veterinary Surgeons, assist with consultations and run dedicated nurse clinics
• Provide exceptional client care, education and advice
