Here at Carmarthen Veterinary Centre and Hospital we are excited to welcome a new Registered Veterinary Nurse to our day team! This role will be working alongside our team of 14 RVNs, 4 SVNs and 4 PCA's , 10 Vets and our amazing support team in our modern, well‑equipped hospital.
As our new RVN you will be working with small animals only. This is a part time position working 24 hours a week on a 12 month fixed term contract. We also have a 1:6 weekend rota with time back in lieu. You will have the opportunity to run your own nurse consults and work on schedule 3 procedures in this role while also working alongside our 2 Cert holder AVP Vets and supporting our New Graduates as well. The site has a newly installed CT scanner so the role would suit a Veterinary Nurse who is looking for the opportunity to enhance imaging skills.
No night OOH required as we have our own dedicated OOH team.
