Job summary

Belong Chester is seeking an experienced Registered Support Manager to lead nursing, care and support teams across the village. You will work with the General Manager to ensure high-quality, person-centred care and wellbeing for residents, families and staff within a not-for-profit care framework.

The role focuses on delivering outstanding care, fostering a positive culture, supervising performance, and maintaining regulatory compliance across services.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Registered Manager or senior leader in a regulated care environment.
• Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations, quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Track record of delivering high-quality, person-centred care services.
• Experience managing budgets and staffing resources effectively.
• Excellent leadership, coaching and people development skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching to nursing and support teams to meet residents' needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive culture where colleagues feel valued and motivated.
• Act as a visible role model for person-centred practice and Belong's values.
• Lead, motivate and develop staff and provide out-of-hours support when required.
• Deputise for the General Manager when needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure residents receive care aligned with Life Plans and aspirations.
