Swiftcare First is seeking a Registered Service Manager for Ofsted-registered Supported Accommodation, overseeing a 16–18 service to deliver safe, person-centred support in line with the 2023 regulations.

You will lead a skilled team, ensure safeguarding excellence, manage budgets and property standards, and build strong multi-agency relationships with local authorities, schools and health professionals to secure the best outcomes for young people.

Job Title: Registered Service Manager Ofsted Supported Accommodation

Lead our Ofsted-registered Supported Accommodation Service for young people aged 16–18. We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic leader to deliver high-quality, safe, and person-centred support in line with the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023.

You’ll manage and inspire a dedicated team, oversee admissions, ensure safeguarding excellence, and work closely with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to achieve the best outcomes for young people.
