Bradford District care Trust Adult Community Nursing is inviting applications from Qualified Nursing Associates with a registered NMC qualification to Join the District Nursing Service utilising your skills delivering Nursing Interventions to patients Living in their Home environment. We have a part time posts available in the Bradford/ Bingley area.
As part of the planned care service you will work as part of the community nursing team providing care to patients in their home environment .
At Bradford District Care Trust we are committed to the development and on going training of our work force and well as receiving a robust induction and preceptorship program, there are also opportunities for career progression should you wish to progress to be come a registered nurse and if you don't we will make sure that we will support you to be the best you can be in your chosen role as a Nursing Associate .

Main duties of the job
The Nursing Associate works independently under the leadership of Registered Nurses, providing nursing care and delivering all aspects of the nursing process including first assessments where appropriate to the level knowledge and skill of the post holder. This also includes undertaking a full range of routine care and treatment tasks as directed by the Registered Nurse in the patient's own home who are experiencing a range of physical and/or mental health issues.
The service operates over a 7 day period from 8am - 9pm at night and there are a variety of shift patterns within those hours .
