We are recruiting Band 5 Staff Nurses for The Dementia Assessment Unit.
We welcome applications from Qualified & Student Staff Nurses
All wards are supported by a full multi-disciplinary team (MDT) including dedicated Psychology and Occupational therapy staff, and Consultant Psychiatrist.
As a Staff Nurse on our ward you will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care to patients and will hold delegated responsibility for management of the ward on a shift basis including supervision of support staff.
Main duties of the job
The Trust has a Staff Bank where staff can work additional hours across all Trust services.
