Job summary

Everpool Recruitment is seeking Registered Nurse professionals for a Hybrid Disability Assessor role in Luton. You will use your clinical expertise to assess health and daily living needs, with a structured 9–5 weekday schedule and hybrid office/homeworking arrangements.

We welcome NMC-registered nurses with Band 5+ experience who want stable hours, predictable work, and ongoing training with growth opportunities.

• At least 1 year post-registration experience in relevant field.

Balance

Role: Disability Assessor (NMC Registered Nurses – Band 5 & Above)

Location: Luton (Hybrid – mix of homeworking and local office assessments)

Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 + 5% Training Completion Bonus + Quality & Performance Bonuses

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm (No weekends, no nights, no bank holidays)

What You’ll Do

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome Registered Adult, Mental Health, or Learning Disability Nurses (Band 5+) with at least one year of post-registration experience and a passion for high-quality assessments.
