You will perform medication rounds, wound management and precise documentation, develop up-to-date care plans, and take account of nutritional needs while promoting patient independence.

Responsibilities

• Medication rounds, wound management, precise and clear documentation, ensuring care plans are clear and up to date.
• Looking after patients' nutritional needs and encouraging independence.
• Mentoring junior staff and students.
• Provide patient-centred, evidence-based care and support safeguarding of vulnerable adults.
