Prime Life are on the lookout for passionate and dedicated care professionals to join our friendly team as a Registered Nurse. It is essential for this role that you hold a current NMC pin.

This role is based at Birch Green, in Skelmsersdale, where the home serves 74 residents with physical, age-related and mental health needs. Qualifications

• Current NMC pin is essential for this role.
• Some post-qualification clinical experience is desirable.
• Candidates should be patient, understanding and respectful of residents’ individual abilities.

Responsibilities

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in safe ordering, custody, storing and administration of all medications.
• Ensure care plans and records are up to date.
• Visit each client daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Respect each client’s dignity and independence regardless of abilities.
• Participate in daily handover and lead nursing clients with care staff.
• Attend daily meetings and share information.
• Perform other reasonable duties as required by management.
