Prime Life is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our friendly team at Birch Green, Skelmersdale. You must hold a current NMC pin and have post-qualification clinical experience.

The role offers 38.5 hours per week on a 2-week rolling rota, with alternate weekends, and strong focus on patient dignity and individualized care. You will complete accurate nursing notes, manage medications, and contribute to care plans.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical/elderly care settings.
• Ability to work a 2-week rolling rota and alternate weekends.

Responsabilités

• Complete nursing notes accurately.
• Assist in ordering, custody, storing and administration of medications.
• Ensure care plans and records are up-to-date and evaluated.
• Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
• Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
• Respect client dignity and independence regardless of condition.
• Participate in daily handovers and meetings; support staff and nurses.
