Qualifications

Current NMC pin is essential.
Nurse qualification with post-qualification clinical experience preferred.
Patient-centered with respectful, compassionate approach to residents.

Responsibilities

Complete nursing notes accurately.
Assist in ordering, custody, storing and administering medications.
Ensure care plans and records are up to date and evaluated.
Visit clients daily to assess needs and improve care.
Comply with NMC code of conduct at all times.
Respect residents’ dignity and independence regardless of condition.
Lead daily handovers with care staff and nurses.
Attend and contribute to daily meetings and communications.
Perform other reasonable duties as required by the Manager.
