Job summary

Cygnet Group's Sheffield Day Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN/RNLD) to deliver high-quality care for adults with learning disabilities and complex health needs. The role is 30 hours per week across weekdays, with duties including nursing assessments, medication management, and documentation under NMC guidelines.

You will join a supportive team, engage in CPD, and contribute to improving residents' quality of life through structured care plans and collaborative practice.

Qualifications

• Must be registered RNLD with a valid NMC pin.
• Experience in learning disability settings or complex health needs is desirable.
• Ability to produce thorough nursing assessments and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist nursing support in Learning Disability Day Services.
• Administer prescribed medicines following guidelines.
• Develop and maintain individual care plans with residents and carers.
• Attend training and CPD to enhance nursing practice.
