Position Summary

Provides direct patient care, following the nursing process and organizational policies, as a vital part of the nursing team.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Nursing
• Utah Registered Nurse license or compact state license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 60 days
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months
• Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) within 1 year, with a 60-day grace period if expired
