Base pay range

$42.00/hr - $48.00/hr

We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth.

Hourly rate from $42 to $48 with weekly pay.

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

Education and Experience:
  • Nursing Degree from an accredited school or college.
  • CPR certified.
  • Current RN license in the state.
  • New graduates are welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Meet nursing and rehabilitation needs of residents.
  • Maintain current resident care plans.
  • Follow physician’s orders and assist with nursing care and treatments.
  • Transcribe physician’s orders accurately.
  • Review patient records daily for accuracy.
  • Document nursing notes comprehensively.
  • Visit residents daily to evaluate needs.
  • Maintain awareness of residents on alert list.
  • Report unusual findings and contact physicians as needed.
  • Administer medication according to procedures.
  • Control drugs safely and accurately.
  • Initiate emergency procedures when necessary.
  • Follow safety techniques and privacy policies.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to make independent decisions.
  • Effective communication with personnel, residents, families, and authorities.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, laws, and regulations.
  • Leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to plan, organize, and develop care programs.
  • Assessment skills and knowledge of drug actions.
  • Patience, tact, and enthusiasm for handling residents.
  • Willingness to incorporate new methods into practice.
  • Effective emergency communication skills.
