Base pay range: $40.00/hr - $46.00/hr

Job Overview

We are hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our care team at Plymouth Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Plymouth. Up to a $5,000 sign-on bonus is available! Working with our team and residents will give you purpose in your professional and personal life.

Responsibilities

1. Provide direct nursing care under RN supervision to residents.
2. Supervise nursing assistants and ensure quality care.
3. Maintain current resident care plans.
4. Follow physician’s orders and assist with treatments, dressings, and medication administration.
5. Document care accurately and thoroughly.
6. Visit residents daily to assess needs.
7. Report and document any significant findings and contact physicians as needed.
8. Maintain safe drug control and emergency procedures.
9. Respect facility equipment and supplies, and promote positive communication and relations.
10. Adhere to privacy policies and continue professional growth.
11. Demonstrate leadership and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Graduate of an approved LPN/LVN program.
2. CPR certified.
3. Current, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in this state.
4. Preferably, at least one year of experience in healthcare settings; new graduates are welcome.
