Barchester Healthcare in Dundee seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our care home team. You will look after residents’ physical, psychological and social needs, using clinical judgement to deliver safe, person-centred care and develop tailored care plans.

You’ll work autonomously yet as part of a supportive team within a respectful, value-driven organisation. You must hold current NMC registration and have a solid understanding of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Formación

• Current NMC registration
• Experience producing care plans and risk assessments
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
• Person-centred, compassionate approach to nursing

Responsabilidades

• Develop tailored care plans for residents
• Provide medicines safely and administer care as prescribed
• Make critical clinical decisions with professional judgement
• Deliver high-quality care and support residents in physical, psychological and social needs
