Leonard Cheshire is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their team at Hill House, a care home in Sandbach. The role requires a committed individual with NMC registration, responsible for delivering high-quality personal support and supervision of a care team. This position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals with disabilities while developing professionally in a supportive environment.

Shifts are either a 12 hour shift 07.30 - 20.00 with a 30 minute unpaid break. Or a 6 hour shift either 07.30 - 13.30 or 13.30 - 19.30.
Contracted hours could be increased up to 30 hours per week for the right candidate.
A night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.

As a Registered Nurse with Leonard Cheshire, you will be responsible and accountable for providing the highest standards of nursing, clinical and personal support to our customers as outlined Person Centred Plans. You will order and administer medication, ensure safe storage and record all information in accordance with internal procedures and NMC guidelines.
Effectively leading a team of support staff, you will ensure the smooth and efficient management of the shift. You will prioritise and plan, delegating relevant activities for the support team, ensuring the needs of our customers are met within a safe and caring environment.
You will support ongoing assessments, observing any changes in health and well-being. You will ensure that records are maintained in a timely way and support customers with physical care, personal hygiene needs and daily tasks.
