Contract type: 36-48 hours available - Days
Rate: £20.61 per hour

About the role

This highly skilled nursing role involves supporting people's holistic needs with a range of clinical skills.

You’ll provide high standards of nursing care for adults with complex health needs, focusing on maximising independence and daily living skills.

Your responsibilities include:

1. Assessing, planning, and delivering person-centred nursing care
2. Administering medication safely
3. Promoting health and wellbeing
4. Being the Nurse in Charge of a small unit on shift
5. Managing situations involving behaviours of concern
6. Promoting choice, dignity, independence, and respect
