Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative team environment. You will follow evidence-based practices, communicate with patients and colleagues, and participate in care planning and medication administration using modern documentation tools.

The role requires an active New Jersey RN license, AHA BLS/CPR certification, and at least 1 year of RN experience; a BSN is strongly preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.

Qualifications

• Current and valid New Jersey Registered Professional Nurse license.
• Active American Heart Association (AHA) BLS/CPR certification.
• BSN strongly preferred or must obtain within 3 years.
• 1 Year Of RN Experience Required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing practices according to evidence-based research, policies and standards to provide safe, patient-centered care.
• Maintain ongoing communication with patients and the health care team regarding patient status and treatment plans.
• Ensure optimal patient/guest satisfaction and care experience per Hackensack Meridian Health standards.
• Administer medications using the latest clinical documentation technology to ensure safe delivery.
• Provide patient and family-centered care to optimize health, wellness and disease management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team from admission to discharge to ensure safe transitioning and continuum of care.
