Elizabeth Finn Homes is seeking a Registered Nurse for Merlewood Care Home in Virginia Water, Surrey, to provide high-quality nursing care and maintain a welcoming, supportive environment.

The role requires an adult nursing pin, the ability to work night shifts and weekends, and a collaborative approach with clinical colleagues to ensure safe, personalised care.

The package includes competitive hourly pay of around £26.49, with opportunities for professional development and a supportive team.

Formación

• Registered Nurse (adult) with active PIN.
• Experience working in a care home is desirable.
• Computer literate with good inter-personal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care that meets residents' needs and preferences.
• Complete nursing assessments and develop/update personalised care plans.
• Administer and manage medications safely per NMC standards.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
• Manage clinical equipment, medication, and supplies for safe care.
• Support, supervise and mentor Care Assistants to maintain high care standards.
• Maintain a safe, welcoming environment and ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and infection control.
