Quantum Care is seeking an enthusiastic adult qualified Registered Nurse to join our new Melwood Grange Care Home in Royston. This part‑time role offers 25 hours per week across two days with a mix of days and nights and a rate of £23.76 per hour.

You will deliver high‑quality, person‑centred nursing care, administer medications, supervise care staff, and maintain accurate clinical documentation. An NMC registration with CPD and experience in care homes is essential.

• NMC registration with CPD evidence and care home experience.
• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care and supervise staff.
• Develop and deliver high-quality clinical and care services for residents with complex needs.
• Maintain documentation and person-centred care plans.
• Adhere to safeguarding/regulatory standards for vulnerable adults.

Responsabilidades
