Job summary

Aurem Care Shared Services Limited is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality clinical care and support residents to live meaningful lives. This busy, rewarding role offers genuine job satisfaction and the chance to make a real difference every day.

As a nurse, you will deliver person-centred care, manage medications in line with NMC requirements, and work with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, independence and quality of life for residents at our UK sites.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Nursing and Midwifery Council PIN.
• Compassion and empathy for residents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
• Ensure ongoing health, wellbeing and safety of residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, per NMC and policy.
• Follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and report concerns as required.
• Accurately maintain resident records using Nourish electronic system.
• Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in all practice areas.
• Undertake any additional duties to ensure excellent service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and support to our residents.
• Ensure the ongoing health, wellbeing, and safety of residents.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical developments and best practice.
• Safely manage, administer, and record medication, including controlled drugs and oxygen, in line with NMC requirements and company procedures.
• Understand and follow Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults policies and procedures, reporting concerns appropriately.
• Accurately maintain resident records using our electronic care planning system, Nourish.
• Work collaboratively as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team.
• Demonstrate positive caring values in all aspects of practice.
• Undertake additional duties as required to support excellent service delivery.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous nursing experience.
• A valid NMC PIN.
• Compassion, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and responsibilities.
• A commitment to promoting residents' interests, independence, and quality of life.

• Pay: £21.50 per hour
• Full-time permanent contract available.

• 36 hours per week, including weekends (part-time and bank opportunities also available).
